Chris Farrell's "Conversations on the Creative Economy" series begins its second season with Irish immigrant and serial entrepreneur Kieran Folliard, who shares practical and entertaining insights on how to turn an idea into an enterprise. Among his ventures are pubs, restaurants and 2 Gingers Irish Whiskey. His most recent venture is an urban home for craft food producers. The event was held Sept. 16, 2015 at MPR headquarters in St. Paul.
