Gov. Dayton holds a town hall forum in St. Cloud today to discuss his budget plan.

MPR reports that Dayton received some criticism from business leaders in Moorhead about the impact of his plan on border businesses.

Gov. Dayton told the AP yesterday that he didn't know the source of the e-pull tab estimates that would pay for the Vikings stadium.
