Government investigators are preparing to release cockpit voice data and other details from their probe of a Northwest Airlines flight that flew past its destination.
The 400 pages from the National Transportation Safety Board investigation into Northwest Flight 188 will be made available Wednesday morning.
The Oct. 21 flight from San Diego to Minneapolis fell out of communication with air traffic controllers for 77 minutes, and didn't re-establish communication until the plane was 150 miles past its final destination. Pilots say they were distracted by working on crew scheduling on their laptops.
The pilots' licenses have been revoked. They are appealing.
