Minnesota Senate rejects proposal to curb police ‘warrior training’
On Tuesday, senators voted down an amendment to a policing bill that would outlaw training focused on self-preservation. Sen. Bill Ingebrigtsen (R-Alexandria) says officers need to be trained to defend themselves and others in difficult situations.
