Construction resumes this week on Line 3 oil pipeline

Enbridge is more than half done building the $7.3 billion project. It paused construction for April and May because of the spring thaw, but now says 4,000 workers are expected on the ground by mid-June. Meanwhile, more than 1,000 pipeline opponents are expected in northern Minnesota this weekend for several days of large-scale protests and civil disobedience.
