Petroleum in sewers prompts evacuation at U

An investigation is underway into how petroleum got into the sanitary sewer system under the University of Minnesota's east bank campus, where dozens of buildings, including athletic stadiums and businesses, were evacuated across a wide area. The incident comes about a month after an explosion blew off manhole covers in the same area.
