Fatal crash charges dropped, Minneapolis homeless encampment shut down
Prosecutors Friday dropped charges against a man who allegedly led Minneapolis police on a car chase that ended in a fatal crash, and Minnesota State troopers shut down a homeless encampment along Highway 55 in the East Phillips neighborhood of Minneapolis Thursday.
