St. Paul City Council restricts smoking cannabis, tobacco in public places; deputy shoots man in Granite Falls

The St. Paul City Council passed an ordinance restricting smoking cannabis, tobacco and hemp products in public places and recreation areas. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating after a man was shot and wounded by a law enforcement officer near Granite Falls Wednesday afternoon.
