A grand jury has returned first degree murder charges against Adam Fravel. He was arrested earlier this year in connection with the death of Madeline Kingsbury.
A committee of the Minneapolis City Council has rejected the workers' compensation claim of a police officer who beat a man during unrest following the killing of George Floyd. Sgt. Andrew Bittell was one of the officers who beat Jaleel Stallings in May 2020.
