State Supreme Court weighs school liability for hiring abusive staff with past problems

The Minnesota Supreme Court hears a case today on whether schools can be held liable for hiring employees with a problematic past who then go on to abuse students.

A Minnesota judge is weighing whether people with felony records can vote this year — even if their full sentences aren’t over.
