A group home in Brooklyn Center allegedly billed the state for numerous services its residents didn’t receive. A state report published this month suggests Golden Touch Health Care’s staffing schedule made it mathematically impossible to provide all the services it billed to the state. It also found the group home had “inappropriately” requested government payments for services its residents didn’t need.
