A University of Minnesota survey shows that incumbent Tim Pawlenty and DFL challenger Mike Hatch are virtually tied in the state's gubernatorial race even though voters gave the governor a strong approval rating. Cathy Wurzer spoke with Larry Jacobs, Director of the Humphrey Institute's Center for the Study of Politics and Governance, and the survey's chief author.
