The winningest coach in college football
While many of us are sitting down to Thanksgiving dinner this afternoon, the St. John's University football team will be practicing and then boarding a flight to Spokane, Washington. The Johnnies will play Whitworth College on Saturday in the second round of the NCAA Division III playoffs.
The playoffs are familiar territory for St. John's head coach John Gagliardi, who has won four national championships and is the winningest coach in the history of college football. Cathy Wurzer spoke with Coach Gagliardi about the upcoming game and how he spends his Thanksgivings.
