The National Governors Association is meeting today in Phoenix, Ariz. to launch a new initiative called Innovation America. They're talking to educators and business leaders about new ways for the United States to stay competitive in an increasingly global economy.
Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty and Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano will co-chair the 17-member bipartisan task force.
