A plan to wean the U.S. off oil in four decades
Experimental physicist and longtime renewable energy proponent Amory Lovins says the U.S. can zero out its oil usage by the 2040s. And Lovins claims it can happen without much help from the government. He explained how in a speech Dec. 4 at the Commonwealth Club of California.
