Minnesota Public Radio is hosting an event Friday evening in our UBS Forum called "Confronting Global Warming." The guests who will be there, along with a live audience, will explore how governments are responding to global warming and the degree to which those responses are rooted in scientific facts.
One of the researchers gathering some of those facts is Dr. Bryan Schuman, a paleoclimatologist at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Schuman has been looking at what lakes can tell us about climate history, and he talked with MPR's Perry Finelli about his research.
