Gov. Pawlenty is returning home from his recent surprise trip to bolster Minnesota's National Guard members currently serving in Iraq.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer talked with Col. Neal Loidolt, chief of staff of the National Guard Infantry Division based in Rosemount, about what kind of impact the governor's person-to-person visit has on the troops' morale.
