The treatment for congestive heart failure
Friends, family and members of the Minnesota Twins organization will honor former play-by-play announcer Herb Carneal at a funeral on Thursday. Carneal passed away on Sunday from "congestive heart failure." It's a common ailment, and a common cause of death. For that reason, the term has a frightening ring to it.
