The Duluth News Tribune has come up with an unusual way to introduce the city's 12 mayoral candidates. It has launched an NCAA-style tournament.
The paper assigned each candidate a seed, paired them up, and drew brackets -- just like the ones you see during March Madness. Now it's publishing information about the candidates in the paper, so the public can vote on each matchup.
