When the legislative session convenes next month, one ex-lawmaker will be encouraging his former colleagues to change the state regulations regarding leftover campaign money.
Former DFL lawmaker Wes Skoglund wants to give some of his unspent campaign contributions to charity, but state law is getting in the way.
