Obama and Romney win Minnesota

Barack Obama rode his appeal to younger voters to victory in Minnesota's caucuses, swamping Hillary Clinton in a Super Tuesday win built on strong support in the state's college towns.

But Clinton could still lay claim to a share of the state's 72 national convention delegates.

On the Republican side, Mitt Romney led John McCain, 38 percent to 23 percent, in early returns.
