A fringe group that has vowed to create chaos during the Republican National Convention has posted convention travel plans on its Web site.

The documents show bus routes and maps that will be used to move delegates around during the four-day convention. The plan was not meant to be made public.

St. Paul police spokesman Pete Panos says it's concerning that information that was not intended for the public has gotten out.

However, police also say the document, which is dated March 5, is already outdated and the incident is not considered a security breach.

A spokesman for the convention wouldn't say whether the document is authentic but did say the transportation plan is still being developed.

The convention is scheduled to run from September 1st through the 4th.

The document was posted on the Indymedia.org Web site and linked to by the RNC Welcoming Committee, a group of self-described anarchists.
