The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has cancelled the air pollution health advisory that it had issued for Tuesday through Saturday.
The MPCA said changes in the air quality forecast call for a low pressure system that will bring in moderate dry winds from the north, limiting particle formation.
It said the Thursday through Friday forecast includes a weak cold front with light winds. The air quality index readings should peak daily in the low to mid-moderate range (approximately 51 to 65 on the Air Quality Index) which will be well below health thresholds.
