Mysterious crop circles are drawing sightseers to a farm field near Fosston in northwestern Minnesota.
Fosston Mayor Jim Offerdahl said nearby residents reported dogs barking and cows mooing early Sunday morning when the circles allegedly were made.
He said the two circles are about 200 feet in diameter.
"Definitely crop circles of the type that you hear about. Quite a bit of work for whoever did it, whether they're people of this world or another," Offerdahl said.
Offerdahl said it appears there is evidence of posts and two small holes in the middle of the designs. He's encouraging people to come to Fosston to visit the site.
