Google scores high in customer satisfaction.
In the annual University of Michigan American Customer Satisfaction Index, Google scored 87 out of 100, besting fellow Internet search engines Yahoo, MSN, and ask.com. Google's score was 8 points higher than its score on last year's survey.
Future Tense's Jon Gordon talked with Larry Freed of the consulting company ForeSee Results, who helped conduct the survey.
