Minnesota soldier charged with killing 2 in Iraq

(AP) - A Minneapolis soldier is charged with murder in the September shooting deaths of two members of his unit in Iraq.

The accused soldier has been identified as Sgt. Joseph Bozicevich, 39, of Minneapolis. His unit was stationed at Ft. Stewart in Georgia.

Bozicevich is charged in the Sept. 14 slayings of Army Staff Sgt. Darris Dawson and Sgt. Wesley Durbin at their patrol base in central Iraq.

The Army has released few details about the slayings, though written charges against Bozicevich say he shot the two soldiers with a rifle.
