An anonymous donor has given the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul a $20 million endowment.
School officials say it's the largest gift in the college's 104-year history. The endowment will produce a $1 million annual payment to the school.
The money will be used to fund the college's school of health, increase the number of nursing students taught at the school, expand nursing laboratories on campus and enhance online learning.
St. Catherine's is a private Catholic college, and the largest college for women in the U.S.
