Minn.'s Pawlenty has $580K in campaign cash
Gov. Tim Pawlenty's campaign bank account has a healthy balance, even though he hasn't revealed his political plans for 2010.
His campaign committee says it had $580,000 in the bank at the end of 2008, after raising more than $750,000.
Pawlenty says he has support from Minnesotans who appreciate his efforts to keep taxes down.
The Republican governor has said he will announce later this year whether he will run for a third term.
Candidates for state offices have until Monday to report to state campaign finance regulators how much they raised and spent last year.
