She reads Latin and French, and she wanted to play the violin so much as a young girl that she made a Lego violin. He thinks the cello allows him to express his deepest emotions when he's not acting as the arts editor for his school newspaper.

Greta Bauer and Andy Lesser are inspired and inspiring musicians. Both will have the chance to play solo with their colleagues in the Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphonies (GTCYS) this coming weekend.

Classical Minnesota Public Radio's Steve Staruch had the opportunity to meet them and hear a bit of their virtuosity.
