Margaret Anderson Kelliher, DFL speaker of the Minnesota House of Representatives, discusses the Minnesota budget deficit and her vision for Minnesota at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey Institute.
Kelliher was first elected to the House in 1998, representing district 60A. She was elected speaker of the House in 2006.
Her speech was titled "Leading for Minnesota's Future."
