Revisiting immigration reform during the recession

The Obama administration is considering bringing out immigration reform proposals, perhaps even before the economy begins to improve.

A recent study says undocumented immigrants are more likely than U.S. citizens and legal immigrants to live in a household with a spouse and children. And many of the younger children are U.S. born.
