Today is Arbor Day, and there several tree planting ceremonies happening around Minnesota. One such ceremony is going on in St. Paul's Frogtown neighborhood.
It's part of artist Seitu Jones' plan to plant 1,000 trees in his neighborhood, which has been hit hard by home foreclosures.
We caught up with him as he and a team of volunteers were prepping soil and grafting fruit trees for Arbor Day.
