Authorities say no charges will be filed in an Easter weekend crash that killed a couple and their granddaughter in southeastern Minnesota.
Sixty-seven-year-old Dale Stahl and his wife, 59-year-old JoAnn Stahl, were killed April 11 after their car crashed into a tractor near Elgin. Their 17-year-old granddaughter, Jessica Klindworth, also died. Another granddaughter was injured.
The Olmsted County sheriff's office say the Stahl car was speeding, and that was a primary reason for the crash.
Sheriff's Sgt. Scott Behrens says information retrieved from a sensing module in the car showed that the car was traveling 80 mph 7 seconds before the crash and 67 mph 1.7 seconds before it.

Behrens says state law specifies that cars that are speeding forfeit the right-of-way.
