Former Republican Congressman Vin Weber of Minnesota says he hopes President Obama will succeed, but he is concerned about some of Obama's policies and political strategies. Weber spoke last week at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs.

Vin Weber served six terms in the U.S. House, representing Minnesota from 1981 to 1993, and he is now managing partner for the Washington, D.C. consulting firm Clark and Weinstock.
