A North Carolina man charged with raping a woman after her husband allegedly arranged the attack on Craigslist is subject of a restraining order in Minnesota.
Rodney Liverman Sr. is charged with first-degree rape and other sex offenses from the May 31 attack in Kannapolis, N.C.
KARE-TV reports Monday that the 39-year-old lived near Lindstrom, northeast of the Twin Cities, for about a dozen years and owned a computer business.
Sue Meland, Liverman's former landlord, said he left last fall after a failed relationship. Liverman's ex-wife told KARE he was an abusive husband, and that she hasn't seen him since a judge issued a harassment restraining order against him Oct. 23.

Liverman is in custody in North Carolina on $250,000 bond and unavailable for comment. His attorney did not return a phone message left late Monday.
The husband of the victim was also charged with first-degree rape and was being held on $200,000 bond. The Associated Press does not generally identify victims of sexual assault and is not naming the man to avoid identifying his wife.
Court documents say the victim's husband was home during the attack and watched as his wife struggled with her attacker. The documents also say the husband did nothing to stop the attack, even when the victim pushed her attacker's knife toward him.
Police say the husband used Craigslist to find an attacker.
