Crews are cleaning debris out of the Mississippi River Monday morning following the demolition of the Lowry Avenue Bridge in Minneapolis. Minnesota's bridges have been under increased scrutiny ever since the I-35W bridge collapse in August 2007.

MPR's Phil Picardi spoke with Dan Dorgan, the Minnesota state bridge engineer.
