Supporters of democracy in Iran will march and rally at the Minnesota State Capitol on Wednesday.
The Ad Hoc Committee for Democracy in Iran is organizing the event on the Capitol mall.
Paperwork filed with state administrators shows several hundred people are expected.
A similar rally in Minneapolis drew about 150 people last month in conjunction with demonstrations across the United States.
They happened as the Iranian government cracked down on huge street rallies protesting the results of the country's June 12 elections.
The disputed result kept Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in power.
