The Minnesota Fringe Festival kicks off tomorrow night at more than a dozen Twin Cities venues. The 16th annual festival of alternative theater, dance, and movement features 160 productions this year.
MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Morning Edition arts commentator and St. Paul Pioneer Press theater critic Dominic Papatola who gives some tips on how to enjoy the event.
