A Stark County sheriff's deputy and his mother have pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges in an incident at a recent Kenny Chesney concert at the Fargodome.
Twenty-six-year-old Deputy Justin Krohmer pleaded not guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and resisting a police officer. His 47-year-old mother, Susan, whose husband is the Ada, Minn., police chief, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct.
Authorities say Justin Krohmer refused to leave the June 20 concert after vomiting on people in front of him, and that Susan Krohmer physically pushed officers.
Both Krohmers are due back in court on Oct. 20.
