Middle East expert Aaron David Miller, who worked for two decades in the U.S. State Department as an advisor to six secretaries of state, offers some suggestions for working toward peace in the Middle East today. Miller is the author of "The Much Too Promised Land: America's Elusive Search for Arab-Israeli Peace."

Miller spoke at the Chautauqua Institution in New York as part of the institution's summer lecture series.
