Democratic U.S. Rep. Betty McCollum is hosting an open meeting on the health care debate today, but not everyone is guaranteed to get in.
McCollum's office says residents of Minnesota's 4th District have first dibs on the limited seating in the Macalester College chapel in St. Paul.
The discussion will focus on House Democrats' plan to overhaul health care.
McCollum will also speak at a health care meeting for St. Paul residents on Tuesday at Mount Zion Temple.
