Charges to come in assault at western Minn. church

Formal charges are expected Tuesday against two men whose attack on a member of a western Minnesota church led to a 14-month-old girl's death.

Darryl Kennedy and David Collins were arrested last week after the incident inside Thy Kingdom Come Church in Wheaton.

Authorities say Collins was wielding a bat in an attack on Claude Hankins. The bat hit Hankins' daughter Aundrea, who died a few hours later at a hospital.

The church's pastor has said Collins was upset with him for giving a washer and dryer to Hankins instead of to him.

Aundrea's funeral is scheduled for Wednesday.
