Traffic to spike when Obama visits

President Obama is coming to Target Center in Minneapolis tomorrow. His visit is just one of the big events the city is hosting that day: the Minnesota Twins are playing a game at the Metrodome, and the University of Minnesota having its first football game at the new TCF Bank Stadium.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Minneapolis Police Department Deputy Chief Janee Harteau who will oversee the management of the traffic and the crowds expected in downtown Minneapolis tomorrow.
