A St. Cloud man already serving 30 years in prison for a child pornography conviction has been charged with sexually assaulting nine children at a day care run out of his home.
Stearns County prosecutors have charged 44-year-old Dennis Lemke with abusing the children aged 1 to 10 years old at the day care run by his wife.
Stearns County Attorney Janelle Kendall says Lemke's conviction in federal court focused on manufacturing child pornography while the state charges have to do with what the photos show Lemke doing.
The charges stem from incidents that happened from 2001-2007.

Investigators tried to determine if Lemke's wife was involved, but Kendall says authorities didn't find any evidence that she even knew about it.
