Bible of Minnesota political facts set for release
The newest version of a go-to reference guide for phone numbers, historical data and election results in Minnesota politics is ready for distribution.
Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie will use a Capitol reception Monday to show off the 2009-10 Minnesota Legislative Manual, commonly called the "Blue Book."
The manual has been produced every two years since 1874. It contains information on present officeholders as well as election statistics stretching back for more than a century.
Ritchie says this year's manual offers a special tribute to military veterans. A soldier just back from Afghanistan will be on hand to dedicate it.
