GOP candidates to hold debate in Prior Lake tonight
All nine Republican gubernatorial candidates will appear at a fundraising event in Prior Lake tonight.
The event at Bethesda Church will feature a debate moderated by Michael Bonafield of MinnPost and blogger Ed Morrissey.
The participants include: Rep. Marty Seifert, Rep. Tom Emmer, Sen. David Hann, Sen. Mike Jungbauer, Rep. Paul Kohls, Pat Anderson, Bill Haas, Phil Herwig, and Leslie Davis.
The fundraiser, which will benefit the Congressional District 2 Republicans, begins at 6 p.m. with an informal reception, followed by the debate from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
General admission costs $20. Admission for students with I.D. is $5.
