Obama weighs options in Afghanistan

Afghan President Hamid Karzai will face his main rival in a runoff election on Nov. 7. The runoff is intended to resolve a disputed first round that plunged Afghanistan into political uncertainty.
The election has complicated President Barack Obama's decision on whether to send thousands more U.S. troops to Afghanistan.
