Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a woman suspected of stealing from teachers' purses in eastern Twin Cities schools.
The Washington County sheriff's office says the suspect - a middle-aged white woman - was captured on video using stolen credit cards.
Victims reported items stolen from their purses during school hours. The first incident happened on Sept. 30 at Mahtomedi High School. The second and third incidents happened on Oct. 13 at Lake Elmo Elementary School.
The purses were in classrooms at the time items went missing. Authorities have stepped up surveillance in and around the schools.
