Authorities are seeking the public's help in identifying the body of a woman found about six miles northwest of Owatonna.
Officials say a passer-by found the body Thursday morning in a ditch along 30th Street Northwest and County Road 17.
Authorities are treating her death as suspicious.
The woman is between 18 and 30 years old. She's between 5 feet to 5-foot-5 and weighs about 200 pounds. She is believed to be either Hispanic or African American and was found wearing a blue hooded sweat shirt and white, patterned boxer shorts. She has black, wavy, shoulder-length hair with brown tints.
The Dakota County Coroner will conduct an autopsy.
