Shortly after President Obama called bankers "fat cats" in a December 60 Minutes broadcast, he met with the heads of the largest banks. One of those bankers was Richard Davis, CEO of U.S. Bank who early on criticized the bailout program. Davis talks about how financial institutions have changed as a result of the economic crisis, and what he thinks of the new financial regulations proposed by President Obama.
